IMPORT

1. We support our customers in any decision to carry out an import, by assessing the logistical costs of the operation.

2. When provisions are made in the relevant legislation, we submit the import license (AI) to authorized agencies, informing the customer of the deferral.

3. When we receive the departure documents, we perform an analysis of the documents and give guidance to the importer for any document corrections that should be requested from the exporter. We also provide the cash request to cover all customs clearance fees.

4. We follow the arrival of the ship / truck at the border port and check the conditions of loading by the bonded warehouse in order to detect any damage.

5. Then we provide the registration of the import declaration by the TTN system (Tunisia Trade Net)

6. After the release of the goods and at the discretion of the customer, we issue invoices and engage carriers to send the goods to the importer.

EXPORT

We offer the complete solution for foreign trade. TWSA is very careful with all export procedures. And for our company, it is very important that our customers are properly informed of each export customs clearance process submitted to our company in the following process steps:

1 • Receipt of shipping instructions.

2 • Preparation of documents for the shipment of dry, refrigerated, containerized or bulk cargoes.

3 • Preparation of documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, EUR1 (if requested) and certificate of origin

4. Establishment of title and export declaration via TTN

5 • Delivery of documents to the bank, the exporter and the importer.

6 • Preparation of embarkation visas after shipment.
